Almond and Berry Chia Pudding
Ingredients

60g chia seeds

240ml almond milk

maple syrup

teaspoon
vanilla extract

75g mixed berries

tablespoons
sliced almonds
Instructions
In a bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
In the morning, stir the pudding and top with mixed berries and sliced almonds.
