Almond and Berry Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup 60g chia seeds
  • 1 cup 240ml almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup 75g mixed berries
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  • In the morning, stir the pudding and top with mixed berries and sliced almonds.
