Baked Salmon with Lemon and Dill

Ingredients

  • 250 g salmon fillets
  • 30 ml 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 10 g 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Top with lemon slices and dill.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
