Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 150 g 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 120 g 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 120 ml 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 15 ml 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
