Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 60 g 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 240 ml 1 cup almond milk
  • 15 ml 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 2.5 ml 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh berries for topping

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
  • Stir well and let sit for 10 minutes. Stir again to prevent clumping.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Top with fresh berries before serving.
