Instructions:
Roast the hazelnuts at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes. Remove the skins by rubbing the hazelnuts in a kitchen towel.
Blend the hazelnuts in a high-speed blender or food processor until smooth.
Add cocoa powder, coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, and sea salt, and blend until combined.
Store in a glass jar at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
