Greek Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • 200 g 7 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 100 g 3.5 oz kalamata olives
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and olives.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately.
