Keto Almond Flour Bread

Ingredients

  • 200 g 2 cups almond flour
  • 5 large eggs
  • 60 ml 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 15 ml 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, melted coconut oil, and apple cider vinegar.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the bread to cool before slicing.
