Keto Avocado Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados diced
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped chives for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the avocados and hard-boiled eggs.
  • Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Garnish with chopped chives and serve.
