Maple Pecan Butter

  • 2 cups 250 grams raw pecans
  • 2 tablespoons 30 ml maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon 2.5 ml vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon 1.5 grams sea salt

  • Roast the pecans at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
  • Blend the pecans in a high-speed blender or food processor until smooth.
  • Add maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt, and blend until combined.
  • Store in a glass jar at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
