  • Juice of 1 orange about 1/4 cup or 60 ml
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Add Olive Oil: Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing is well emulsified.
  • Season: Add salt and pepper to taste. Adjust flavors as needed.
  • Store: Transfer the dressing to a jar with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate. Shake well before using.
