- 1/2 cup 45 grams rolled oats
- 1/2 cup 120 ml milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/4 cup 60 grams Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon 15 grams chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon 15 ml honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Toppings of your choice fruits, nuts, seeds, etc.
Instructions
Combine Ingredients: In a mason jar or a bowl, mix the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Mix Well: Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
Refrigerate: Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak and soften.
Add Toppings: In the morning, give the oats a good stir and add your favorite toppings.
