Spiced Almond Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 cups 300 grams raw almonds
  • 1 tablespoon 15 ml honey
  • 1 teaspoon 2 grams ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon 0.5 grams ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon 1.5 grams sea salt

Instructions

  • Instructions:
  • Roast the almonds at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
  • Blend the almonds in a high-speed blender or food processor until smooth.
  • Add honey, cinnamon, cardamom, and sea salt, and blend until combined.
  • Store in a glass jar at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
