Tofu and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 block 350g firm tofu, drained and cubed
  • 2 cups 300g broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 1/4 cup 60ml soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides.
  • Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  • Add soy sauce, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Stir well to combine.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
