Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 cups 360 grams whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup 120 grams bread flour
  • 2 tablespoons 30 grams honey
  • 2 teaspoons 10 grams salt
  • 1 package 2 1/4 teaspoons / 7 grams active dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups 360 ml warm water (110°F / 45°C)
  • 2 tablespoons 30 grams olive oil

Instructions

  • Follow the same steps as the basic white bread recipe, substituting whole wheat flour for part of the bread flour and adding honey and olive oil for sweetness and moisture.
